2014 is the year to take your social media marketing more seriously.

With signs the economy is picking up, many business people see 2014 as the year to take their social media marketing more seriously.

So, in response, Status Social has scheduled a series of social media workshops at our state-of-the-art training room in Derby with the first ones taking place in January.

The social media training kicks off with Status Social’s most popular workshop, How to Get Customers on LinkedIn on January 15. Attendees will be told the story of how a client generated £15,000-worth of new business within a week of his LinkedIn training, plus many more examples.

A week later on January 22 there is a double header – a social media strategy workshop in the morning and How to Get Customers on Facebook workshop in the afternoon. There are just three places remaining for the Facebook training.

Twitter and blogging feature on February 18. Our much-praised Blogging for Business workshop kicks off the day at the training room in Friar Gate Studios in Derby. It’s followed by our How to Grow Your Business Through Twitter workshop in the afternoon. Booking a place on both workshops generates a discount.

On March 12 we are running our LinkedIn for Solicitors training, a workshop that counts towards your CPDs. That is hosted at patent attorneys Swindell & Pearson in Friar Gate, Derby.

Two of the most exciting emerging social networks around are the focus on March 18. How to Use Pinterest for Business and Google+ for business are the titles of the two social media training workshops taking place that day in Derby.

And as usual, all of our workshops have an early bird offer. If you book your place more than two weeks before the social media course, you are eligible for a discount. Don’t leave it too late, though. Some of our social media workshops are fully booked more than a month in advance!
