How We Developed a Truly Values-led Business

11th February 2020, 9.30am-11am, at Friary Works, 119a Friar Gate, Derby, DE1 1EX.

For senior decision-makers and those in senior marketing positions.

Mark and Kerry Saxby, directors of Status Social, will tell the story of how they turned one of the world’s first specialist social media agencies into an award-winning values-led business.

They will also reveal why clients have to agree to work within the Status Social values before they collaborate and why they’ve ‘sacked’ clients when they haven’t been able to fit with the values.

Not only will Mark and Kerry draw from their experiences at Status Social, they will also describe the way Mark created a values-led culture in his previous role as a successful BBC news editor.

“Was really interesting to hear how Status Social have developed a truly valued-led business and it created insightful conversations in the room that have been on my mind since. A great example of how large businesses can learn from the indies!”

Jennifer Cordell, Walgreen Boots Alliance

They will explain how the company operates through their values including using them in recruitment, retention, the way they deal with clients – in fact, throughout the business.

“A fantastic presentation. I took quite a lot away from it and it has provoked a lot of thought as to how we could improve our business for the benefit of our employees and clients.”

James Conduit, Sills & Betteridge Solicitors

This event would benefit senior decision-makers and those in senior marketing positions. It is free to attend but spaces are limited to just 30 people. Please register via Eventbrite.
